Trust, follow-up and peace of mind are central at ATR Superstore. We exclusively sell motorcycle apparel and equipment from brands we truly believe in and fully support in terms of service. That is why we offer a warranty of up to 5 years on our motorcycle apparel and selected products, depending on the brand and product type.

A warranty at ATR Superstore is more than just a timeframe on paper. It stands for active follow-up, clear communication and personal service. If an issue occurs, we take full responsibility and ensure a correct and transparent handling.

Warranty periods

ATR Superstore BV provides the statutory warranty on all products. This means that a product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it. The warranty period offered by ATR Superstore is in all cases a minimum of 2 years. For certain brands or products, an extended warranty of up to 5 years may apply, in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Warranty on motorcycle apparel

Our motorcycle apparel is designed for intensive use and long-term durability. If a problem arises within the warranty period due to material or manufacturing defects, we ensure a proper evaluation and a suitable solution in line with the brand’s conditions.

We fully manage this process for you:

• We take your warranty claim into handling
• We communicate directly with the brand or supplier
• We actively follow up the case until a correct solution is reached

How do you request a warranty?

If an issue occurs with your product, simply contact our customer service. We will review your request as quickly as possible and contact you if additional information or photos are required. You do not need to take any further action; we initiate and follow up the entire warranty process for you.

Crash warranty – short summary

In the event of damage caused by an accident, a crash warranty or crash replacement program may apply, depending on the brand and product. For qualified KLIM® gear, this may mean that damaged products can be repaired or replaced free of charge for up to 5 years after purchase, provided the applicable conditions are met.

When you have purchased your KLIM® gear at ATR Superstore, we ensure the complete initiation and follow-up of the crash claim, so you are fully taken care of in this situation as well.
