The KLIM Tek Vest is engineered for snowmobilers who want lightweight, breathable torso protection from trail debris and potential steering column impact. Designed as the lightest and most ventilated TekVest™ available, it delivers essential protection without restricting movement or adding bulk.Constructed with a high-tenacity vented mesh and ripstop nylon shell, the Tek Vest integrates a ventilated soft-armor configuration using UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) plastic. This advanced armor material provides exceptional cut resistance, flexibility, and durability while remaining water-resistant for consistent performance in wet conditions.An action-cut design ensures full freedom of movement, while a wide range of waist adjustment allows the vest to be worn loose for airflow or tightened for added back support. Reflective piping enhances visibility when worn externally. Optional quick-attach shoulder pads are available separately for riders seeking additional upper-body protection. The Tek Vest is ideal for aggressive riding where comfort, mobility, and reliable protection are essential.
