The KLIM Override Alloy Jacket is a high-performance hybrid mid layer engineered for cold, high-output riding where warmth, breathability, and low bulk are essential. Based on the proven Override chassis, the Alloy version enhances ventilation by replacing the back and underarm panels with moisture-wicking grid-back fleece—creating an ideal balance between insulation and airflow.The front and arms are constructed from durable 20D ripstop nylon and insulated with 60g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ to block wind and retain heat where it matters most. In contrast, the grid-back fleece on the back and underarms delivers exceptional breathability, moisture management, and cooling airflow, preventing overheating during active riding or climbing. This hybrid construction eliminates unnecessary bulk while maintaining core warmth.A DWR-treated shell sheds light moisture, while the breathable lining ensures all-day comfort. Designed for layering under a GORE-TEX® shell, the Override Alloy features low-profile fleece cuffs, a stretch bottom hem, and a streamlined fit that integrates seamlessly into technical riding systems.
