The PCM CoolOver 6.5 °C / 44 °F Cooling Vest is a professional textile-free cooling solution providing up to 1.5 hours of constant, precise cooling. Developed in the Netherlands using patented INUTEQ-PAC® 100% biobased phase change material (PCM), it is the only cooling vest with both USDA 100% biobased certification and REACH registration.
