The Leatt Body Protector 5.5 Evo is a premium hard-shell body protector that combines maximum upper-body protection with exceptional ventilation and high wearing comfort. This protector is designed for motocross, enduro and off-road riding.
The body protector is built from a hard shell combined with ventilated FlexMesh Pro components. This delivers robust impact protection while maintaining flexibility and breathability. This Evo version is 19% lighter and offers 50% better ventilation than the previous model.
The Leatt Body Protector 5.5 Evo offers CE-certified impact protection: chest EN1621-3 Level 2, back EN1621-2 Level 2, and shoulders and elbows EN1621-1 Level 1. With a Leatt® Total Protection Score of 24 points, it delivers an extremely high level of proven safety.
The extended back plate increases spinal protection, while adjustable hard side panels provide superior protection for ribs and flanks. Mesh-like armor panels maximize breathability and comfort during intense rides.
The ergonomic 3D multi-layer articulated design adapts to body movement and ensures a close-fitting, comfortable profile. The modular compression sock with a front zipper, including integrated shoulder and elbow protection, improves ventilation and wearing comfort.
An height-adjustable kidney belt ensures optimal torso stability. The removable front and rear plates allow use with or without a neck brace. The updated BraceOn™ system ensures full compatibility with Leatt neck braces, worn either over or under the shirt.
The Leatt Body Protector 5.5 Evo is certified by the FFM (French Motorcycle Federation) and is supplied in environmentally friendly, 100% plastic-free and recyclable packaging.
